Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or returns if you change your mind. If goods are faulty, please email email@example.com with a description of the fault within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please do not return the goods without instruction from Kenzi Living.
We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns.
Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange, credit note or refund your payment in full.
Please note, there are no exchanges, credit notes or refunds on sale items.
